We ship nationwide from our Florida warehouse. Local delivery and professional install are available in Volusia County and surrounding Central Florida counties. Contractor and trade partners welcome across the continental US.
What's the lead time from order to delivery?
Because our seven collections are stocked in Florida, most orders ship within 5 business days. A typical design, quote, order, and ship cycle runs 2 to 3 weeks end to end. Transit time depends on destination. You'll see the exact delivery window on your quote before you place the order.
What does professional design help cost?
Our NKBA-certified designers offer flat-rate kitchen and bath design starting at $119 per kitchen (without renderings) or $149 per kitchen (with full 3D renderings). Bath designs start at $79 without renderings or $99 with renderings. Volume pricing is available for partners with more than one project per month. How does the DIY Design tool connect to a quote?
After you build your layout in the planner, hit Get Quote. Our team reviews your plan within one business day, flags anything that won't work (clearances, fillers, sink base widths), and sends back a priced quote with suggested fixes. No pressure, no charge, no obligation to order.
Can I see my kitchen before I order?
Yes. Our Design with Renderings package ($149 per kitchen, $99 per bath at standard rates) includes full 2D and 3D renderings so you can see exactly what your space will look like before committing. Our NKBA-certified designers walk you through the layout, suggest adjustments, and include up to four rounds of revisions until it is right.
What materials and finishes do you offer?
All of our cabinets are KCMA-certified. Most collections use solid hardwood face frames with all-plywood cabinet boxes and solid wood door frames with an MDF center panel for a smooth, consistent finish. Only the Builder Grade Collection uses furniture board for the cabinet box to keep rental and investment projects affordable. We stock seven collections across painted, stained, melamine, and glass-front styles, with a range of door profiles and hardware options. You can browse finishes in the collections gallery or order a sample door before you order.
Do you offer pricing for larger projects?
Yes. Contractors, builders, and designers qualify for tiered dealer pricing based on their account level, with discounts ranging from 5% to 15% off retail. Factory pricing is also available for multifamily and large-scale projects. Reach out through our contact form or give us a call to set up a dealer account and get your tier assigned.
Do you ship outside of Florida?
Yes. Our seven collections are stocked in our Florida warehouse and ship to the lower 48 states. Most orders ship within 5 business days. Shipping rates are regionalized per state, so your exact shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery address and shown on your quote before you place the order. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
What if I need help with installation?
Our cabinets ship ready-to-assemble (RTA) with detailed instructions, measuring guides, and all necessary hardware included. Assembly is straightforward with basic tools. If you hit a snag, our support team responds within one business day by phone or email. We can also connect you with recommended local installers in many Florida markets.
What's your warranty?
Every cabinet carries a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, backed by KCMA certification standards. If something arrives damaged or a finish fails under normal use, we'll replace the part at no charge. Care and cleaning guidelines are included with your order to keep the warranty intact.
